Nanjing Deers has completed another international delivery, with more than 100 pairs of ID355 HDPE floats successfully loaded and shipped to a client in Tanzania.
HDPE floats provide a practical solution for supporting pipelines on the water surface. When combined with suitable pipelines, they provide sufficient buoyancy and help maintain the position and stability of the floating pipeline system throughout operation.
For this order, the floats were manufactured with an ID of 355 mm to match the required pipeline specifications. The split design consists of two float halves that are assembled around the pipe, allowing for convenient installation at the working site. Their durable HDPE construction also makes them suitable for demanding marine and dredging environments.
Before the shipment was released, the products went through the required quality checks to verify that the finished floats met the agreed specifications. After passing inspection, the entire batch was properly prepared, loaded, and arranged for overseas transportation.
The shipment is now on its way to Tanzania. This delivery further expands Nanjing Deers’ supply of dredging pipeline products to the African market and demonstrates our ability to fulfill bulk orders for different project requirements.
