In October 2014, two engineers of Huta Marine Works Ltd. came to Nanjing Deers Industrial Co., Ltd. and inspected 100pcs ID900 dredge armored hose. These dredge armored hose convey hard materials like a coral reef, stone, and so on. Meanwhile, international class DNV also took part in and witnessed the whole inspection.

Performance of dredge armored hose

The inspection included visual inspection, hydraulic pressure, bending testing, and tensile testing. The normal testing pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure, but we can make it up to 2 times. And our quality performance is fully beyond ISO28017:2009 and JIS F 3995:2000 can rival the international well-known companies.
