Nanjing Deers has recently completed the shipment of a batch of ID700 self floating hoses for a long-term client in Brazil. The cargo has left our factory and is currently in transit to Shanghai Yangshan Port, where it will be loaded for ocean transportation to Brazil.
Self floating hoses are an important component of floating dredging pipeline systems. By combining a wear-resistant rubber hose with built-in buoyancy, they eliminate the need for additional flotation devices while providing excellent flexibility, stable floating performance, and efficient slurry transportation.
This Brazilian client has maintained a long-term partnership with Nanjing Deers and continues to source dredging pipeline products from us on a regular basis. The repeated orders reflect the client’s confidence in both our product quality and delivery capability.
Prior to dispatch, every hose was manufactured under strict quality control procedures and carefully inspected to ensure compliance with the project specifications. After completing all inspections, the hoses were packed and shipped according to the agreed delivery schedule.
The products are now on their way to the Port and will soon begin their overseas journey to Brazil. Nanjing Deers looks forward to continuing its long-term cooperation with this valued client and supporting more dredging projects around the world with reliable pipeline solutions.
