1) Put one piece of Pipe Float on the ground as below:

2) Assembly of Pipes and Floats as below:

Put the pipe on the float. If one piece of pipe is equipped with many sets of floats, it’s better to put more half pieces of floats on the pipe. The floats should be placed evenly to ensure that the pipe stable.
ATTENTION: BE CAREFUL OF THE DANGER OF FLOATS TURNING OVER

3) Place another half of the floats on the first one as shown:

Pay attention to the direction of the groove.

4) Fix two sets of bolts on the floats as shown:

Don’t tighten the bolts at the beginning.

5) Fix the remaining bolts in order as below:

Don’t tighten the bolts. If there any deviation in the position of the holes during the fixing process, floats can be lightening moving before the installation

6) Tighten the bolts in order as below: Bolt torque:50N.m.

7) Completion of installation as below:

8）Maintenance of floater and pipeline:
We suggest checking the working conditions of floaters and the whole pipeline every month.
