Nanjing Deers has successfully manufactured and prepared a batch of large-diameter pipe floats for an American client. The supplied products are OD1800 × 2200 pipe floats, with a total quantity of 50 sets, developed for use in a dredging pipeline system.
To meet the specific requirements of the project, the floats were produced in orange color as requested by the client. The customized appearance not only improves identification on site but also demonstrates Nanjing Deers’ ability to provide flexible solutions according to different project needs.
Pipe floats are an essential part of floating dredging pipelines, providing sufficient buoyancy to support pipelines during slurry transportation operations.
