Nanjing Deers has recently completed the delivery of a batch of OD450 HDPE pipes for a dredging project in Vietnam. The shipment consists of 48 pipes, all manufactured in accordance with the client’s technical requirements and project specifications.
In addition to the HDPE pipes, a set of pipe floats was also supplied to support the floating pipeline system. This configuration allows the pipeline to remain stable on the water surface during dredging operations, ensuring efficient and continuous slurry transportation.
The HDPE pipes were produced with strict control over dimensions and structural quality to meet the demands of dredging environments. The matching pipe floats were carefully selected to provide appropriate buoyancy and operational stability for the full pipeline system.
Following final inspection and packaging, the complete order has been dispatched and shipped to the project site. The system will be deployed for the customer’s ongoing dredging works upon arrival.
