Nanjing Deers has successfully completed the production and shipment of a batch of ID400 dredging suction hoses to Belize.
The hoses are designed for dredging and slurry transportation applications, featuring a working pressure (WP) of 25 bar and a burst pressure (BP) of 75 bar. In addition, the hoses are engineered with excellent structural strength to withstand negative pressure, ensuring stable performance during suction operations in complex dredging environments.
With reinforced construction and reliable flexibility, the suction hoses maintain stability under both positive and negative pressure cycles, making them suitable for continuous operation in demanding marine and hydraulic projects.
The shipment has now been delivered to the customer and will be used in their ongoing dredging works in Belize. This delivery further demonstrates Nanjing Deers’ capability in providing high-performance dredging pipeline solutions for global projects.
