Nanjing Deers has recently finalized the production of a batch of DN4000 pipe floats for a new customer in Europe. The order consists of 200 pairs of floats, all manufactured according to the client’s specifications and now prepared for shipment.
To meet the customer’s operational requirements, the floats were produced in a high-visibility orange color, helping improve identification and safety during dredging pipeline operations on the water.
This cooperation began with a sample order, allowing the customer to evaluate the quality, buoyancy performance, and workmanship of the products before proceeding with a larger purchase. After successfully testing and approving the samples, the client confirmed the bulk order for 200 pairs, marking the beginning of a new cooperation between both parties.
During manufacturing, all pipe floats underwent strict production control and inspection procedures to ensure reliable performance and dimensional consistency. The products have now been completed, packed, and are waiting for shipment to the project site.
