We’re glad to share that Nanjing Deers has completed and dispatched a new batch of three customized suction hoses to our client’s project site.
This order is quite special. The client’s previous setup used discharge hoses without internal steel reinforcement, which led to deformation and cracking over time. After reviewing their on-site working conditions and the frequent heavy bending during operation, our technical team proposed a tailor-made suction hose design to ensure higher durability and stability.
The new hoses are internally reinforced with steel rings or steel wires, offering much better strength and flexibility compared with ordinary hoses. The client’s engineering team has reviewed and approved the design before production.
This shipment represents the first cooperation between Nanjing Deers and the client, and we look forward to seeing our hoses perform efficiently on their dredger.
