We have recently completed a production order of ID400 self-floating hoses for an Indian client. The hoses are manufactured with a length of 11.8 meters each and will soon be shipped to support the client’s dredging operations.
As an important component of floating pipeline systems, floating hoses combine the functions of slurry transportation and buoyancy in a single product. Their integrated flotation structure allows them to remain afloat without additional pipe floats, helping to simplify pipeline deployment and improve operational efficiency.
Throughout the manufacturing process, strict quality control procedures were implemented to ensure the hoses meet the required performance standards. Following completion of production, all hoses successfully passed the necessary inspections and testing.
The products are now being prepared for logistics arrangements and are scheduled to be loaded and shipped next week. Once delivered, they will become part of the customer’s dredging pipeline system.
